Fees and Policies:

Registration Fee – Non-refundable: $35 Book Fee: $70 Late Pickup Fee: $10 for each 10-minute period after 5:50 p.m. Late payment Fee: A payment is considered later if it is received after 6pm the 3rd school day of the month. A $15 late fee will be charged for all late payments plus $1 per school day until all charges are paid.

NSF Fee: A $25.00 fee is charged for all returned check.

Re-Entry Fee: $130 The Re-Entry Fee will be charged for all children if you quit during the school year and want to back to school.

Cancellation Policy: To withdraw a participant, please send an email to infoACES4Kids@gmail.com. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Cancellation requests must be received by the 15th of the current month to avoid billing for the following month. If notice is received after the 15th, tuition for the next full month will be charged. The August tuition, registration fee and book fee are not refundable. If you paid the discounted semester rate but withdraw early, the semester discount will be forfeited. Tuition will be recalculated at the standard $365/month rate for the months attended. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the withdrawal effective date.

Sibling Discount (applies to tuition only, not registration fee) • Monthly plan: $10 off per month for each additional child

• Semester plan: $50 off the semester total for each additional child

Absences & Closures Tuition is based on the total instructional days in the 2026–2027 Round Rock ISD school year. We do not offer prorated rates, refunds, or credits for: • Sick days • Personal absences • Scheduled district holidays or closures

Chinese Classes - Pay by Semester: $1630 for entire Fall semester and $1775 for spring semester(payment due before the spring semester begins). (Note: Fall and Spring semesters total $3405; about $340.5/month over 10 months; Saves $245 compared to monthly payments. You may withdraw mid-semester and receive a prorated refund for any unused months. For complete details, please refer to our Financial Enrollment Policies.)

Program Notice

The ACES Youth Chinese Language Program is a single-skill Mandarin language and literacy instructional program for students ages 5–13, grades K–5. It provides direct instruction in one skill — the Chinese language. No other subject is taught and no other service is provided.

Hours. Arrival and sign-in 3:20–3:40 p.m.; instruction 3:40–5:30 p.m.; pickup 5:30–5:50 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Transportation. ACES does not provide transportation. Any transportation arrangements and payments are handled directly between parents and independent providers.

Regulatory status. The program is not licensed or regulated by Texas HHSC Child Care Regulation. HHSC independently determines exemption status.

Accreditation. ACES holds institutional educational accreditation from the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA). This is institutional educational accreditation only and does not constitute or confer a Texas child-care licensing exemption.
